If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Both regular priced and sale items can be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at me@gmail.com to arrange additional payment (if new item is more expensive) or refund (opposite) and send your item to: 1234 Main Street, Oceanside, CA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
